In Mexico, the ACCA/ACCN is much closer than in the US and Canada. The only firm rule in the US and Canada is that the ACCA/N do not share pulpits(Special Events may vary), but in Mexico, this is not an issue. This crosses the border with Elders ordained by the ACCN in Mexico being welcome on US ACCA pulpits.
